Black lemon complements this with its slightly oxidative notes, smoky hints, and woody, zesty accents. It gives the gin structure and a personality that is both expressive and deep. A delicate bouquet of spices enhances this unique blend; caraway, ginger, cardamom and coriander round off this luminous and unforgettable combination.
Yu Gin Black Lemon is distilled following a multi-stage maceration of the various ingredients. This is essential for achieving optimal aromatic quality.

Appearance: Bright, clear colour; light, smooth texture
Nose: Bouquet of zest and juniper, with slightly woody notes
Palate: Great freshness giving way to the expression of fresh, deep and powerful notes of black lemon, with smoky and woody accents blending beautifully with fresh yuzu zest. A spicier finish and lovely length on the palate, where coriander and ginger come to the fore.
