Yu Collins

- 5cl YuGin

- 1.5cl lemon sherbet

- 1cl elderberry syrup

- 15cl Three Cents grapefruit soda


In a glass, pour YuGin, lemon sherbet and elderberry syrup and complete with grapefruit soda.

Yu Garden Tonic

In a shaker, pour 5cl Amaethon Whisky, 2cl lemon juice, 1.5cl syrup and 1 egg white. Shake vigorously without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously again. Pour on ice in a rocks glass.

- 5cl Amaethon Single Malt Whisky

- 1.5cl sugar syrup

- 2cl freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 egg white

- 2 drops orange bitters

- 3 drops angostura bitters

Yu Gibson

- 6cl YuGin

- 1.5cl dry vermouth

- 2 drops umami bitters 


In a mixing glass, pour the dry vermouth and YuGin on ice, add umami bitters and stir for 25 seconds. Pour into a martini glass.
