Yu - Gimlet

- 5cl YuGin

- 1.5cl lime juice

- 1.5cl kaffir lime cordial


In a shaker, pour YuGin, lime juice and kaffir lime cordial. Shake vigorously and pour into a martini glass.

Yu - Mustard & Tonic

In a shaker, pour 5cl Amaethon Whisky, 2cl lemon juice, 1.5cl syrup and 1 egg white. Shake vigorously without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously again. Pour on ice in a rocks glass.

- 5cl Amaethon Single Malt Whisky

- 1.5cl sugar syrup

- 2cl freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 egg white

- 2 drops orange bitters

- 3 drops angostura bitters

Yu Negroni

- 3cl YuGin

- 3cl Campari

- 3cl red vermouth

- 2 drops orange bitters

- Lemon and orange zest


In a mixing glass, pour YuGin, Campari, red vermouth and orange bitters. Stir for 30seconds and pour into a glass with lemon and orange zest.
