Yu South Side Highball

- 5cl YuGin 

- 2cl lemon juice

- 2cl orange blossom syrup

- 10 leaves fresh mint

- 5cl sparkling water

 

Put the fresh mint in a shaker and pour YuGin, lemon juice and orange blossom syrup on it. Shake vigorously and pour into a glass using a strainer. Top up with sparkling water.

Yu Tea Time

- 5cl YuGin

- 2cl lemon juice

- 1.5cl verbena syrup

- 1 egg white

 

In a shaker, pour YuGin, lemon juice, verbena syrup and egg white. Shake vigorously without ice. Add ice and shake vigorously. Pour on ice in a rocks glass.

Yu Verveine Lemon Grass

In a shaker, pour 5cl Amaethon Whisky, 2cl lemon juice, 1.5cl syrup and 1 egg white. Shake vigorously without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously again. Pour on ice in a rocks glass.

- 5cl Amaethon Single Malt Whisky

- 1.5cl sugar syrup

- 2cl freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 egg white

- 2 drops orange bitters

- 3 drops angostura bitters
