Yu - Bee-Yu

- 5cl YuGin

- 2cl lemon juice

- 1.5cl beetroot and raspberry syrup

- 1 egg white

 

In a shaker, pour YuGin, fresh lemon juice, beetroot and raspberry syrup and an egg white. Shake vigorously without ice. Add ice and shake again. Pour on ice in a rocks glass.

Yu - Mary Yu

- 20g cucumber- 4cl YuGin 

- 1cl lime juice

- 2.5cl hot sauce

- 18cl yellow tomato juice

- 2 drops yuzu bitters

 

Cut the cucumber and crush it with a pestle. Add lime juice, YuGin, hot sauce, yellow tomato juice and yuzu bitters. Stir delicately and pour on ice in a glass. 

Coffee & Tonic

In a shaker, pour 5cl Amaethon Whisky, 2cl lemon juice, 1.5cl syrup and 1 egg white. Shake vigorously without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously again. Pour on ice in a rocks glass.

- 5cl Amaethon Single Malt Whisky

- 1.5cl sugar syrup

- 2cl freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 egg white

- 2 drops orange bitters

- 3 drops angostura bitters
